I’m Padma, 79 yrs . My experience with Master slinger, craftsman and also a Doctor extraordinaire professor Srikala Prasad , MD,DGO, Mch (urology) of Indian Prime hospital was extraordinarily pleasant . I consulted her for cystocele issue. She guided me throughout my preparation, surgery and recuperation with great care, compassionate understanding and relevent information. Her hand holding guidance is exemplery. She fixed not only cystocele but also looming rectocele along with removal of my uterus and reinforcement of vaginal vault in one stroke.A complete care and cure well done.I recommend her for any gynecological issue for young and old all alike.

Last month, my 8-year-old son had severe stomach pain, so we visited Prime Indian Hospital. The receptionist charged ₹700 for an emergency consultation with Dr. Kannan, but despite the payment and my son’s worsening pain, we waited 30–45 minutes outside the doctor’s room. Nurses ignored our requests to inform the doctor and even asked my crying son to stand rather than sit. Only after we raised our voice did the nurse notify Dr. Kannan. Inside, the doctor casually pressed my son’s abdomen, dismissed our concerns, and “Confidently” diagnosed appendicitis within 1–2 minutes without listening to us. He ordered a ₹3000 scan with a discount while continuing a conversation with others. Doubting his approach, we left and visited another hospital, the doctor thoroughly assessed my son’s symptoms, linked the pain to food (paratha) from the previous night, and prescribed medicine that cured him in 2 days. I waited a month to ensure the pain didn’t return before posting this. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Prime Indian Hospital to anyone due to the long wait, dismissive consultation, expensive and poor staff response. This is my honest opinion, not intended to influence others.

Very good service. Clean and neat ambience. Staffs and doctors are very kind and friendly to the patients. Overall it’s a good hospital for all types of consultations.
